Please note that this registration is binding! You are only entitled to participate, however, after you received a written confirmation from the training department and after receipt of the course fee in our account. We will send you an invoice and our bank details.
Beginning and end of a seminar is stated on the pages of the respective seminar.
Please arrive in time.
Conditions of participation
Allocation of places follows the order in which we receive the registrations.
The course fee is due after you received confirmation of reservation.
Cancellation charge:
- Up to 10 days before beginning: 30% of the course fee (min. 25,- Euro),
- 10 to 5 days before beginning: 50% of the course fee,
- 5 to 2 days before beginning: 80% of the course fee,
- from the second day before beginning or in case of nonattendance: 100% of the course fee.
You can transfer your reservation to a substitute participant at any time, in this case we will charge a fee of 25 €. Any change or cancellation of a booking must be made in writing.
KOMPPLAN reserves the right to cancel the seminar if the minimum number of participants is not reached, if the speaker or seminar leader is ill or unable to attend, or owing to circumstances that KOMPPLAN is not responsible for. In this case there is no obligation for KOMPPLAN to hold the seminar. The course fee will be fully refunded then. Additional claims do not arise. In particular KOMPPLAN assumes no liability to reimburse wasted expenditure for e.g. hotel or booking costs or other losses a participant suffers due to the cancellation.
KOMPPLAN assumes no liability for damage to objects the participant brings to the seminars or trainings, nor for other direct damages and costs, including lost earnings, lost profit or third-party claims, data loss, travel expenses, consequential and financial losses of any kind. The same shall apply to damages or accidents during arrival / departure and during the event. KOMPPLAN can only be held liable in cases of deliberate action and gross negligence by KOMPPLAN or its employees.
Right of revocation: There is no right of revocation for booking seminars, courses or trainings. This also applies, if the booking was made by phone or internet. Although this is a distance contract, the provisions for distance contracts of § 312b Abs. 3 Nr. 6 BGB (German Civil Code) do not apply.
By registering the participant accepts these conditions.
